IF AN EMERGENCY SHOULD ARISE, PLEASE CALL 911.
Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc.
In the case of minor emergencies (asthma exacerbations, lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions, we may be able to take care of it and save you an emergency room visit.

Dr. Brian, Dr. Claire and NP Meghan takes urgent calls from home after hours.
Please use Spruce, the texting platform, to contact Dr. Brian, Dr. Claire or Meghan before 9:00pm. One of them will respond and based on the situation, a telephone call or telemedicine visit may be required. After 9:00pm, please call the main office number. Calls will be directed to the on-call provider. Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, prescription refills) for the morning.

Your insurance company will be billed for this service appropriately. You may be responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles based on your particular insurance.
